How do you set yourself up for the day?
I enjoy getting up early before my family and enjoy some silence, stillness and mindspace. Some time to be me.
I meditate and write affirmations, one of them today is –
‘I open and expand my heart to the vibration of gratitude’
I make up some yoga and QiGong – sometimes following an online yoga programme often just my own flow.
This gets my head in a great place to start the day.
Then I usually sit in the garden and have a cuppa and mindfully watch my weeds and the trees.
Now I’m ready for Mum.
